Corporate Members - Some 160 of the largest deep draft port authorities throughout the Western Hemisphere.

Sustaining Members - Approximately 300 engineering, design, software and financial consulting firms that do business with and for port authorities; shallow-draft ports, associations or individuals not eligible for corporate membership. 

Associate Members - More than 40 individual academicians, or retired, self-employed individuals who were active as Corporate Members, as well as former employees of the Association.

Honorary Members - More than 20 individuals selected by the Association who have contributed significantly to port and harbor development.
