Environmental Management
Description of Issue: AAPA has teamed up with the Global Environment and Technology Foundation, to work with member ports to run the Port Environmental Management Systems (EMS) Assistance Project. The third round of the Port EMS Assistance Project launched in fall 2008 and, as a pilot for future training rounds, includes a private marine terminal operators.
