The AAPA Maritime Economic Development and Law Review Committees joined forces to plan the association’s biennial Port Property Management and Pricing Seminar in Toronto on June 25-27. The program featured a full day discussion on “The Pros and Pitfalls of Public-Private Partnerships and Private Equity Investment,” highlighting case studies in the port industry and featuring an interactive exercise designed to assist ports in identifying the decision points and questions to be asked in considering PPP options.
