Congratulations to all of the ports that submitted winning entries into the 2014 AAPA Communications Awards Program competition!
The recipient of the 2014 Dan Maynard Communications Award for Overall Excellence - the top award in AAPA's Communications Awards Program - was the Port of Long Beach. Recieving the second-place trophy, AAPA's 2014 Overall Communications Award of Distinction, was the Port of Los Angeles, while the AAPA 2014 Overall Communications Award of Merit went to the Georgia Ports Authority.
All of the winners in this year's competition were announced on Nov. 13 at AAPA's 103rd Annual Convention & Expo in Houston Texas, which ran Nov. 9-13, 2014.
