The American Association of Port Authorities (AAPA) has slated 15 maritime industry education and training programs for 2009, including its XVIII Annual Latin American Congress of Ports at Margarita Island, Venezuela, in late May or early June, and its 98th Annual Convention at Galveston, Texas, Oct. 25-29.
