SCOPE OF WORK: The Work of this Contract comprises the tasks necessary for the installation of an electrical secondary service line with three (3) parallel runs of six-inch Schedule 80 PVC, conductors, and H-20 rated concrete pull boxes (closed bottom) with galvanized steel lids. The project shall be located in the South Florida Container Terminal (SFCT) Cargo Yard along the proposed Cargo Gates Roadway. The project consists of, but is not limited to, installation of an electric feeder from Panel SFCT-1A to Panel SFCT-2A; installation of an electric feeder from Panel SFCT-1A to transformer SFCT-T2; installation of connections to the feed breaker inside Panel SFCT-1A and main breaker inside Panel SFCT-2A; installation of connections from the feeder breaker in Panel SFCT-1A and transformer lugs in SFCTT2; installation of all conduit, wire, pull boxes, directional drilling, repair blacktop and all affected surfaces back to their original site conditions; installation of flowable fill base for pull box bases; and any supportive ancillary tasks to successfully complete all phases of the project.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Contractor (Prime or Subcontractor) performing the Work of this project shall have a minimum experience of at least three (3) projects of a similar scope and 6-inch diameter or larger conduit size during the past ten (10) years, where one (1) of these projects was completed within the past five (5) years under the firm's current business name. A reference must be provided for each project along with a list of all the projects that the Contractor (Prime or Subcontractor) has participated on over the past five (5) years.

The experience must be demonstrated by the individual of the Contractor (Prime or Subcontractor) that will have direct or substantial involvement in a supervisory capacity at the Project Manager level or above. As a condition of award, the selected Contractor (Prime or Subcontractor) shall submit each individual(s) name(s), list of past projects, contact information and references.

Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) Contractor (Prime or Subcontractor) must have a minimum experience of at least three (3) projects in the installation of HDD and 6-inch diameter or larger conduit size during the past ten (10) years, where one (1) of these projects was completed within the past five (5) years under the firm's current business name. A reference must be provided for each project along with a list of all the projects that the HDD Contractor (Prime or Subcontractor) has participated on over the past five (5) years. The Owner or the Engineer of Record may contact any or all the entities in the list. HDD Contractor (Prime or Subcontractor) must have not incurred any failure(s) to complete any bore(s) within the past three (3) years. Project examples of a similar scope and 6-inch diameter or larger conduit size may include the installation of underground electrical distribution systems with multiples conduits so long as they meet the minimum 6-inch diameter requirement.

Contractor (Prime or Subcontractor) must demonstrate that they own or lease all of the necessary equipment and heavy machinery to perform this work.
