The Latin American port community met for its annual summit in Arica, Chile, organized by the AAPA and Empresa Portuaria Arica. Just as in previous years, this event was the most important business meeting in the Latin American port sector, where major port projects from our continent were presented and discussed, dialogue fostered, ideas and knowledge exchanged, and opportunities generated to strengthen trade relations among port authorities, operators, service providers and leaders of the maritime industry.
The theme for this year's Congress was "Port Sustainability and Development in Latin America."
