Vice President Biden to Discuss Infrastructure During Keynote Address on Wednesday at AAPA Annual Convention in Houston

On Wednesday, November 12th, the Vice President of the United States will keynote AAPA’s 103^rd Annual Convention and Expo, hosted by the Port of Houston Authority.
