AAPA’s Annual Cruise Seminar Begins Feb. 5 in S.F.

Discussion Of Proposed New Customs ‘Cruise Rule’ Among Hot Topics

Frank discussions of the impacts of a proposed Customs and Border Protection "interpretive rule" that would seriously impact cruise ship calls in the United States are among many reasons not to miss the American Association of Port Authorities' (AAPA) annual Cruise Seminar in San Francisco, Feb. 5 - 7.  Being held at the Renaissance Stanford Court (click here for program agenda), the seminar will outline key areas of interest for port managers, operations and engineering professionals, cruise facility consultants and marketers for addressing emerging trends for cruise ports.  The seminar will also tackle topics ranging from effective cruise line/port partnerships, environmental issues and developing cruise facilities for multiple uses, to destination marketing and dealing with regulatory requirements at cruise facilities.
