Lower Mississippi River Port Directors Accept ALS Ice Bucket Challenge

The port directors from each of the five deep-water ports on the Lower Mississippi River participated in the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge today (Monday, Aug. 25) on the rooftop of the Omni Royal Orleans.

Gary LaGrange, President and CEO of the Port of New Orleans accepted the challenge of River Pilot Henry Peterson. Mr. LaGrange in turn challenged the other four port directors on the Lower Mississippi River.

All who participated donated to the ALS Foundation, as well.
