The American Association of Port Authorities (AAPA) has slated 15 maritime industry programs for 2011, including its Spring Conference in Washington, D.C., March 21-22, its XX Annual Latin American Congress of Ports in Lima, Peru, June 22-24, and its 100th Annual Convention in Seattle, Wash., Sept. 11-15.
