Desarrollo de un puerto en el Río Yaguarón como impulsor de la Hidrovía Uruguay – Brasil: Diagnóstico y perspectivas

El objetivo de este trabajo es examinar las condiciones locales y regionales para sugerir la implantación de una terminal portuaria multipropósito en la margen uruguaya del Río Yaguarón con acceso a la Laguna Merín. Como objetivos específicos, se pretende sistematizar las características de infraestructura existente y detallar las obras básicas necesarias para poner en marcha este puerto. ----- (English follows) ----- The objective of this work is to analyze the local and regional conditions to recommend the establishment of a multipurpose port terminal on the Uruguayan bank of the Yaguarón River with access to the Mirim Lagoon. The specific objectives are to systematize the existing infrastructure characteristics and detail the basic works needed for the operation of this port.
