In collaboration with the U.S. Department of Transportation's Maritime Administration (MARAD), AAPA hosted a webinar on navigating the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) approval process. This webinar aims to help port authorities in receipt of these Federal grants to simplify the approval process. In the webinar, titled Navigating NEPA: MARAD Briefing on Discretionary Grants, senior MARAD staff outline what port authorities need to know as they prepare to secure NEPA approval for forthcoming Port Infrastructure Development (PIDP) projects and other grants.
