The Spring Conference is one of AAPA's two general membership meetings each year, a gathering of port professionals from throughout the Western Hemisphere. At the luncheon program on Tuesday, March 25, the association presented awards to the 2014 Port Persons of the Year, The Honorable Barbara Boxer (D-CA), Chairman of the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works, and The Honorable Bill Shuster (R-PA), Chairman of the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee.
